1. One-Time Fee

  • The $150 one-time fee is non-refundable, regardless of your final property purchase outcome.

2. Success Fee (Only If You Save)

  • We only charge a success fee when our service successfully saves you money on your property purchase.
  • Once charged, success fees are non-refundable.

3. Case-by-Case Reviews

  • We value your partnership. If you feel there are special circumstances, you can ask for a review of your success fee.
  • Refunds for success fees are evaluated on an individual basis at HomeWise’s discretion.
  • We may offer a full or partial refund after looking into the details of your request.
